- We ensure transparency and trust—payment is made only once the client approves the final
deliverables.
- Refunds are not applicable, as payment is only collected after approval of completed work.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide necessary information, materials, and feedback to enable
Hashmark Design to deliver
services effectively.
- Delays caused by incomplete or late client inputs may affect project timelines.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that provided content does not infringe on third-party
rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Hashmark Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of
our services or website.
- While we strive for high-quality services, Hashmark Design does not guarantee
specific results unless
explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
- Hashmark Design is not responsible for technical issues or downtime beyond its

6. Termination
- Hashmark Design reserves the right to terminate services or website access for

- Termination does not relieve the client of any outstanding payments or obligations.
- Upon termination, Hashmark Design may remove client content from its servers,

to retain it.

- Clients consent to the collection and use of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
