Refund Policy

At Hashmark Design, we take pride in delivering high-quality design work that aligns with your vision. We follow a simple and transparent principle: you only pay after the work is completed and you are fully satisfied with the final result. Because of this client-first approach, refunds are rarely required. However, we maintain the following clear policy to protect your interests.


1. No Upfront Payment

We do not take payments before starting a project. You pay only after:

1. The work is fully completed.
2. You confirm that you are satisfied with the final output.

This means clients face no financial risk when starting a project.


2. When Refunds Apply

Refunds apply only in scenarios where payment has been made after final delivery but you later discover a genuine issue, such as:

• A technical or design flaw that makes the deliverable unusable.
• A major deviation from the approved brief that was not visible during review.
• Deliverables missing from what was agreed in the initial scope.

If such an issue is confirmed and we are unable to fix it promptly, a full or partial refund may be approved depending on the severity.


3. Cancellation Before Work Starts

You may cancel anytime before we begin your project. Because no payment is taken upfront, no refund is needed, and you will not be charged anything.


4. Cancellation After Work Has Started (Before Final Approval)

If you cancel mid-project:
• If no usable work has been delivered, you will not be charged.
• If substantial work has been completed and delivered, and the cancellation is due to personal reasons unrelated to quality, a fair partial charge may apply.
• If the cancellation is due to genuine dissatisfaction after revisions, and we cannot meet your expectations, no payment will be charged at all.


5. After Final Approval & Payment

Once you approve the final deliverables and make the payment:
• Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases involving technical issues, missing deliverables, or major deviations from the brief.
• Style changes, new ideas, or preference changes after approval are not eligible for refunds.


6. Revision First Approach

Before approving any refund, we always offer to fix the issue through revisions. If after reasonable revisions you are still not satisfied, we will proceed with refund evaluation.
